What is Youth Sports Leadership? (YSL)
It's a rolling annual programme that creates space for sporty teenagers to grow their leadership skills and activate them in a fun and meaningful way.


Who is YSL for?
Sports minded 12-17 year olds (age grouping implemented when appropriate) who have a desire to learn and grow their ability to lead and have a 'sense of adventure!'


What can I expect on YSL?
- To play sport
- To discover faith
- To develop character
- To learn key leadership skills (planning, organisation, project management, officiating, coaching, public speaking)
- To help plan and contribute to community projects
- Fun social times to build friendships
