As a branch out of GET Sported, the Bath CST run Youth Sport Leadership for teenagers aged 13-17 years to mentor and disciple them and develop key leadership qualities in them. Many young people have passed through 'YSL,' and there are currently 10 youth doing the course.

In the recent past, the team have also staged a number of strategies that have engaged with a variety of people and age groups such as Men's breakfasts, Ladies Pilates classes, Golf days, monthly sports tournaments and adult sports quizzes.

They also support and add value to other people’s initiatives, by partnering and providing ideas and personnel to city-wide or community projects such as the 'Weston Festival' where they facilitate the 'sports zone.'
